Vice President/Office & Project
Mary joined the Handyman Connection team in 2004 and was quickly promoted to Office Manager. Mary and Claudean bought the shares of the other partners in March 2006 making Handyman Connection a woman owned company. Mary manages all the large remodeling projects, interacting with the customers and craftsmen to assure the highest standards of quality and service to our customers. Mary retired from a local Fortune 500 company after 25 years and brings all her experience of operating in a male dominated industry to Handyman Connection.
Lead Customer Service Agent/Office Assistant
Sheila Wayland came to Handyman Connection in June 2006. Sheila quickly became one of the best Customer Service Agents ever to work here. Besides phone duties, taking work orders, helping with scheduling, she also assists interviewing and training new craftsmen.

Erica joined the team of Handyman Connection this year and is very accomplished in her job. She has many years of customer service and enjoys talking to our customers about their home improvement needs.
